The 6 Levels FITNESS classes are a fun, challenging, high intensity, exciting and offer results driven fitness workouts. The class is run with multiple fitness coaches and is based on the principles of high intensity and short duration exercises. The sets are broken up primarily in to 6-minute increments and the workout lasts for approximately 45 minutes. We use natural body movements, weights, plyometric exercises, cardio exercises, boxing, kickboxing, and more to produce the results you are struggling to find on your own.
