VI Levels - Coaches

William Raldirez

Assistant Coach

A NYC native and a retired NYPD Sergeant, Will stepped onto the mats for the first time in 2014, eager to learn the art of jiu-jitsu.

A passionate and experienced Jiu Jitsu coach who joined the 6 levels family after relocating his family to Winter Garden Florida in 2022, he is dedicated to mentoring youth and teens through the art of Jiu Jitsu. With a strong foundation in both technical skill and youth development, Will focuses on building confidence, discipline and resilience in every student—on and off the mats. With over 10 years of experience in martial arts and youth coaching, Will creates a structured, supportive and engaging environment where young athletes can thrive. Blending traditional values with Jon Burke’s concepts and techniques, he helps students develop not just their Jiu Jitsu skills, but also respect, focus and teamwork.
