VI Levels - Ages 10-14

Teens Classes

Our Teens Program offers the same great jiu-jitsu, striking and MMA we offer in our programs for younger students - but at a faster, more advanced pace catered for your "older" youngsters. In this class, we continue to teach our basic BJJ principles but are also able to delve into refining techniques.

In this Program, we focus heavily on the following:

Jiu-Jitsu

“Jiu-Jitsu was designed to give the weak ones a chance to face the heavy and strong."

Mixed Martial Arts

Various techniques include wrestling, boxing, kickboxing, judo, and jiu-jitsu.

Kick-Boxing

The use of boxing and kicking in bare feet.

Striking

Learning how to use your head, arms, hands, legs, knees, and feet to strike an opponent.

Self Defense

Learning to defend yourself against common threats or behaviors.

Physical Strength & Exercise

Learning how to strengthen your body and mind most beneficially.
