The Legend Returns! Royce Gracie Full Gi Seminar. Open to All! Join us on November 29, 2023! Kids from 5:00 PM – 6:00 PM (In place of regular Class Schedule) Adults from 6:15PM – 8:15PM (In place of regular Class Schedule)  

Women’s 5 Week P-4 Self Defense Course Starting September 18, 2023 running through October 16th, 2023. Class will be held every Monday at 7:ooPM until 8:30PM. Hope to see you there!
